What data we collect
If you contact us through the website, we collect the name, email address and any information you include in your message. This is submitted through Formspree, our form provider.
If you become a customer, we collect the business details needed to set up and run your proposal system: your business name, contact details, the services you offer, your pricing, and your branding assets.
When you use the proposal service, we process the information you enter about your own prospects, such as their business name, the services being proposed, pricing and timelines. This information belongs to you. We process it only to generate the proposal you asked for.
We do not collect payment card details. Any payment is handled by a third party payment provider, and we never see or store your card information.
Why we process your data, and on what legal basis
We process contact form submissions to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We process customer data to deliver the service you have signed up for. The legal basis is performance of a contract.
If we contact you by email about our service without you having contacted us first, the legal basis is legitimate interest in business to business outreach. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying and saying so, and we will remove you from any future contact.
Third parties we share data with
To deliver the service, your information passes through the following providers:
- Formspree, which handles website contact form submissions

- Google (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Gmail), used to collect proposal inputs, store them and deliver the finished document
- OpenAI, which generates the written content of each proposal from the information you provide
- Make.com, which connects these services together
Please note in particular that the information you enter when generating a proposal is sent to OpenAI to produce the written text. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers listed above.
How long we keep your data
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them, and no longer than two years.
Customer data is kept for as long as you are a customer, and for up to one year after you stop, in case of billing or legal questions.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate
